Return Policy

If you need to initiate a return for an item purchased from us, please contact our team at heidi@centurygs.com. We are committed to ensuring you love your purchase, and we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives defective or faulty, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are issued once the item has been returned and inspected.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
  • Do not send returns to the address on your shipping label. Contact us first for the correct return instructions.

Policy Validity

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the delivery date.
After 15 days have passed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in special circumstances.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, such as:

  • Items returned with missing or damaged components not caused by us.
  • Returns requested after the 15-day window (approved at our discretion).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
  • Funds typically appear on your original payment method within an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times vary.

Sale Items

Items marked “Sale” or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds. Only regularly priced items may be returned unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you need the same item replaced, please contact heidi@centurygs.com for assistance.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Only incorrect, defective, or damaged products are eligible for return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
